I witnessed a car accident coming home from the grocery store back in November. Because of a wandering cyclist on the road, one person slammed on their brakes, causing three other people to slam on theirs in succession, causing a pileup. I saved my dash cam footage and immediately called 911. The cyclist fled the scene. I didn't get any information from officers since. Luckily no one was injured.
