One lane. A right passing/turn lane splits off ahead. U-Haul turned on right turn signal, and slowed down as it got into the right lane. I assumed it was going to turn right into the driveway on the right. It unexpectedly cut back into traffic with no signal or warning. At some point, they decided to back into the driveway. Not sure if that was preplanned or a last second decision. They just sat there in the middle of the road after I evaded and drove out of sight, so I think my presence spooked to them.
