(Laptop) with 11th Gen i5 11260H, RTX 3050 Ti with 24G of Ram running at the lowest graphic settings with 55GB of storage free on my disk.

I have a number of mods loaded but when on a new map it's buttery smooth and the thing is my game's simulation speed was just fine last night but out of nowhere it started acting like this with no build up to my knowledge.

It was 3am and I had been playing for a while so I thought it was just the game needing to be restarted so closed I went to sleep. Now I'm trying to play again and the simulation speed has completely crapped out. Has this happen to anyone else?

I have a desktop that I can use if it comes to it but it was just so sudden the game acting like this. Makes me think it's a bigger issue than just the limitations of my laptop.
