My city has 12k people and trash Is piling up. I am emptying 2 landfills into 2 incinerators, which are at max capacity. I already put the budget on the maximum, day and night, but trash still piles up. I have just build a new incinerator, but I don't want to spend all my money on them, or build more landfills. Should I empty one landfill at a time? Should I build even more incinerators or landfills? Should I change their placement? Or should I just let the city run?
