This is my first city to hit a quarter million population.

I've used every available DLC and tried to incorporate every type of building and zoning style in the game (slide #3). I still have quite a bit of available land to work with, so I'll build as long as the game allows.

Traffic is still at 90%, thanks to a labyrinth of underground roads and tons of public transportation. I know it's not pretty, but it's honest work. I genuinely don't have the talent to make my cities look nearly as good as most of you.

There is park in the middle of one of the freeway intersections (slide #6), and a terribly poor housing development in the middle of another (slide #7 I have some low-income housing next to the river (slide #8).

I just got the emerging downtown pack, so there's an...emerging downtown in slide #11.
