I have this block next to some industrial that I’m unsure what to do with. Suggestions on what would be good? There’s commercial adjacent to the empty area and a park across the street (that connects to commercial). Also I wanted to share this cute little commercial/pedestrian area based off of a plan I saw in some city planning video on YouTube. I can’t remember the source, but maybe someone can help? It’s a city planner’s layout for blending commercial, and high/low density residential zoning.
