Dear Cims of the state of Cannon, the Governor of Cannon formally requests your feedback on Master Plan 2060

The Governor of Cannon has unveiled Master Plan 2060, an ambitious plan to transform the state of Cannon into a fledgling metropolis and port city on the northern German coast, near the Wadden Sea. However, planners from the City Municipal Council are uncertain if the master plan would appeal to you: the Cims who would be living in our state of Cannon. Thus, this is an opportunity for the public to provide their feedback on the feasibility of the master plan before the government embarks on further expansion projects.

(Feel free to critique my plan! Also, map used is Den Drommel -Z-)

I have some questions, though:

  1. Should I put a railway station in each district in addition to metros, or just solely rely on metros for district-to-district transport?
  2. Are roundabouts necessary? So far my main town of Cannburg has survived with high 80% traffic flow without the use of roundabouts, but I have the impression that roundabouts are a staple for European road infrastructure.
