This city is the best I’ve ever done. The tiles are completely maxed out so I’d consider it complete. The focus of the build was to max out residential capacity and minimize traffic. This is a vanilla city on the console edition. I tried out the European theme for the first time and it came out pretty well. 250.000 people. 80-85% traffic flow. 100% level 5 residential. Very low taxes. Minuscule amount of icons.
