Hello! I just setup my first 20 gallon long. Looking for anyone to point out any mistakes or advice? I got the plants 5 days ago in the mail.

The substrate is organic soil that I sifted out any large wood or particles. It's capped with black sand. I don't have a heater right now. I have a tidal 35 hob filter. I've added some filter floss. The light is a hygger and it's ok the default timer.
