I'm looking for opinions on what I should do with this driftwood before cleaning it or breaking it down into smaller pieces.

I am just starting this hobby up again and came across this piece of driftwood. I love the bend where the branch is almost fused together. But I think the "right angle"-ness of it isn't great and it might be too big for this 14g.

Thoughts?
