I have 1 experience with Aquatic Arts and it has made me vehement.

I got 1 assassin snail for $1.99 and paid $28 in shipping. It was my first ever purchase for my new hobby other than PetSmart.

1. UPS delivered it to the wrong address and only after 2 hours of actively discussing this back and forth with their customer service, they finally had UPS redeliver it.

2. The snail was dead.

3. I wrote bad reviews during our emails because I was busy at work and pissed I had to spend time on it.

4. They refused to refund me until I removed the bad reviews. I thought I removed them all but they said they were still up. I asked for the URL's so I could remove them and they have been silent ever since.

Because I exercised free speech, they refused to honor their return policy and this in my opinion is extortion and borderline criminal.

Please be careful when dealing with these guys my fellow hobbyists.
