As you can see I have really good plant growth, I use CO2, ferts, 16 hours of light and still, the cuphea just doesn't want to grow.

Nitrate is really low, yet I have loads of ramshorn snails as if I was overfeeding.

Should I just give up on the cuphea and be happy my tank seems healthy and lush with the plants I have? Or ist there something I can improve? Do maybe the other plants suck up all the nutrients?

On a side note, how donI get rid of the detritus worms? I don't feel like the tank can take any fish at this size of 35 liters.
