Grew saffron for the first time this fall and it went pretty great! I've always heard about digging up bulb plants for the winter and keeping them in a cool, dry place. What I'm not sure is if I should leave the growth on top or remove it before storing them, I got a wooden box that I'll fill with peat moss and then store in my garage.
