I adore this shirt I saw in a picture of Shirley Temple, especially the sleeves. I’d like to find (make?) a similar piece, but I have no idea what the sleeve style is called? I would appreciate similar style recommendations on where to find a similar garment, or just more info about the garment or garment style so I can hopefully dig further.
