What is this kind of skirt actually called?

If I'm lucky I find them in places like Amazon or whatever under such long names like "victorian ruffle multi layered goth bustle skirt" but now that I'm trying to find a skirt within this style, with a front thing that goes up and looks pretty without showing my legs, in an actual nice store and made nicely or maybe a pattern... I can't find anything because the kind of skirts that show up with any of those words are completely different. I'm into kinda romantic goth? Vampire-like? Clothing? Kinda? and I REALLY need a skirt of this style but in blue and I'm willing to do one myself, but I need a pattern bc I'm short of time until my prom day, which is when I want to wear it with a blouse I already own.

So please if anyone knows what their actual name is, PLEASE, because after WEEKS of searching on my own I might go crazy, in my first language which is spanish NOTHING even similar shows up, I have tried in english too but I'm not being too lucky either, maybe because I don't know enough words? I have a small budget and the second-hand shops in my city/country don't have the "Victorian" inspired or "goth" style of clothing that I like, which is more of from England? I'm (obviously because of how I write ????) not English The vintage clothes here are different. I still like them, but they're not really my style and I was hoping to wear something more vintage inspared to make it a little bit fantasy-like. That's why I was hoping to find a pattern if I knew the actual name for it, bc I know how to sew, I'm just bad with making my own patterns and maybe I can use some skirt I already have or thrift one that doesn't look like it and tansform it with the help of the patern or simple make one completely with fabric that I have at home.

Thanks in advice.
