Hi, I keep seeing this dress on the Miss Rosie Instagram, however it does seem sketchy and a lot of threads already discussed that it is not a legit/safe site. So I am wondering if anyone knows of a legitimate online clothing retailer that has a dress similar to this style? Mostly just the fact that it is halter neckline, with a corset waist and and the fabric flows out from the hips. Not really fussed on colour. Thank you. :)
