I bought a shoe very similar to the one pictured (even was the same brand) back in ~2017 from DSW. I think it's best described as a cross between an oxford and a pump. My pair had less of an area where the ties are, so the laces were mostly decorative. They were so comfortable, even for almost all day standing, and I got compliments on them all the time. I'd love to find a replacement with less of a top part than the one pictured, preferably a new pair with a few color options.
