Not sure if this would be the right place to make this post…

I was given this top a few years ago. During a recent move, a few items of clothing got a couple small spots on them (not exactly sure what the spots are, I’m assuming just dust/dirt). Some of them I had to hand wash and a couple I machine washed, but I have no idea what to do with this top because there is no tag with washing instructions! I can’t even read the brand name in order to get more information on the material or how to wash it.
