i’m tweaking out right now…. my mom suggested i wear this set for grad photos, and i wore them all day. i noticed the next day that one had fallen out my ear. it could be anywhere, like on campus or on the streets, near the bar i went to that night (the bar checked and said they found nothing) i’m so ashamed and feel awful, my late grandparents got this jewelry set on a cruise a long time ago, and passed it down to my mother. It’s opal I believe, I’m just wondering if anyone knows or has the same set that I could buy off of or where I could buy this set again in stores. My parents said that they are probably gonna go to our family jeweler and get one remade, but I would rather gift her with a replacement instead because it’s my fault. can anyone give me advice on what to do? it’s really important since my late grandparents were my dad‘s parents and made a huge impact with building me and my siblings future.
