Basically, I’ve been trying to find out the brand of this specific shirt that Steve Perry’s wearing in this picture, I just like it lol

It looks like a dark, almost black/maroon color as a base, with little scale patterning, and dashed lines forming stripes that are either white or maybe some are orange, I’m not sure. Might just be the picture.
