Creating a Ginger Snaps cosplay for Halloween and looking for second hand pieces online but this coverup/ cardigan/ bolero/ tie front is stumping me!!!

Looking for name of the fabric, seems part mesh, but idk if there’s a name for that pattern. Also looking for any specific names for the type of cover up- as most boleros and very long, cover tops and cardigans seem quite big etc. Any info appreciated xx
