It was all black plastic and I believe was Goody brand. It hinged open on the side and clicked into place on the opposite side with multiple different tightness options. There were small comb teeth across the top. The hinge piece on the bottom had a springy plastic piece that stuck up in the middle to hold it in place in your hair. It was a pretty big clip and could fit my entire ponytail. I would love to find the exact clip, but even something in the same style would be great!
