I bought these pants many years ago at Forever21 but that store doesn't exist anymore. They tore really bad when I tried to squeeze into them after I probaly shouldn't have. I woudl love to get another pair similar. They are white and navy stripes and very wide flowy legs. Elastic waist. Very breatheable silky material. The labia-like, wiggly, ruffled, crotch flaps are connected to the sides and ths belt part and sorta wrap around your front.
