I was on a train and this girl had a amazing pleated dress on but I never got to ask where she bought it from. All I have is the fabric of the pleated dress. She had a jacket on so I wasn’t sure if it was sleeveless or not but it was a rounded neck and google can’t help me find the exact dress ????
