My Niece, GF and I were watching the babysitters club when my GF commented she liked the top one of the characters was wearing. As its her birthday coming up it seems like a slam dunk present I can could get her.

I have no idea where to even start to look for something like this.
While my GF is double the age of the character shes quite petite anyway but would probably need something a little larger. Shes about 172cm tall (5,7') 65kgs
