I LOVEE how this fits and is sort of A-line, and the sweatheart neck with those dropped sleeves are everything. I can never seem to find dresses with a dropped sleeve like this, and with the A-line look. Any dress shop/any store recommendations? Looking for something well made, the ones I find look a bit tacky. Love the ruffle design as well.
