Old Orchard Beach, ME. I know touristy gift shops buy stuff cheap online then mark up the price 5x - 10x more. Does anyone know what site they could have got this from? It’s made from a ruffled stretchy material (you can see the vertical stretch lines all along it). It looks dark in the picture but it’s purple - if you find something similar in a different color that works too!
