It has like leaf embroidery all over it and I just find it soooo cute. It's from a thrift video on youtube so not many clues but the brand could be "POETRY", though I had no luck finding the brand either. Google lenses betrayed me too. Or If you spot anything similar... what I like about this is the embroidery and the uneven, watercolor-like green wash, very forest fairy feeling. Sorry for bad quality, it is a screenshot..
