I’ve seen this sup find dresses with nothing but a strap. But I may have a long shot here. These are my wife’s favorite lounge around the house shorts. But they are busted and old and every time she wears them she says she is gonna toss them but doesn’t. These are likely from between 99-2006ish. They could be old navy or Victoria secret based on where she liked to shop. I know this is a long shot so appreciate it.
