My 30th birthday is coming up and I’ve been searching high and low for a dress that I would actually feel comfortable wearing. Then I found the ONE. But when I tried to add her to my cart, I realised the smallest size she runs in is a UK 18. I’m a UK 12/14. ????

I asked my seamstress grandmother if it could be altered to fit me, but she said the style would be compromised and its shape wouldn’t hold.

I’ve reached out to a local dressmaker, but in the meantime, can anyone please recommend a similar dress? I will pay up to $500.
