You’d think a dress like this would be easy to find, but I’m struggling! (Or maybe I’m just picky)

Specific features I’m looking for: - high neck, ideally a halter that actually goes up your neck, not just a boat neck - backless - mermaid style, tight bodycon up top, noticeable flare on the bottom. A lot of “mermaid” listings I see online don’t have an actual dramatic mermaid cut and just look like regular dresses :( - maxi or floor length
