Where can I find chic, affordable, but still warm enough winter clothes? I’ll be going on vacation in November this year and January next year, and I think it’ll be snowing/windy. I live in the Philippines, which is a tropical country, so buying expensive ones don’t make sense. My shopping options are also limited since some brands have expensive shipping fees ????
