I saw someone wearing this dress when walking outside, and ofc now I absolutely need it.

The dress pictured is not a 100% match, as it was a dark navy color and the frills at the bottom were shorter. I belive the overall coat was a bit shorter and i dont think it had shoulder pads, preferably i would like to avoid shoulder pads as my shoulders are already to wide haha..

If anyone decides to help me out, thank you so much!! ve been ISO of this dress ever since i saw it and its driving me crazy I cant find it!
