I have had a look on 'worn on tv' and tried using chatgpt and Google lens but I'm not getting any hits.

I saw this shirt worn by a character in the Netflix show 'Dept Q' and I'd love to track one down. I really like it. It's a gorgeous teal colour with gold embroidered patterns.

Can anyone point me in the right direction?
