i found this dress at kohls on april 13th and i tried it on in store and i wanted to get it but didnt have money on me at the time--i want to go back and buy it but i know kohl's rotates their stock pretty often and i havent found anything else online, so if anyone knows the brand maybe or where to buy it i would really appreciate it!
