Can anyone help me find a non fast fashion alternative to a work blouse like this one

I ruined a much loved Hobbs version and not sure how to search for alternatives. All searches just show me show Shein and I’m trying to avoid fast fashion.

I think the flattering elements are the collarless neckline - my previous one had a notch neck - and the slightly raised seams at the shoulders (not sure how to describe that feature). 3/4 length or sleeves you can roll tend to look better on me too.

I would wear them to work in a corporate office job, and typically find colours like Cobalt, Forest Green, Claret and of course black look best on me.
