This dress is drop dead gorgeous. It's so unique and I love how it resembles a waterfall, or a bunch of snow falling from the sky. I love it so much but where can I find it and is it possible to get it for an affordable price (one that won't put a dent in my wallet)? I was also thinking if it's too expensive, then is it possible to just make it? And how would I do that? Please help me here yall ????
