alright, this is the only photo i have of me wearing this dress from like a decade ago, and it doesn’t help me at all with my description lol!

the dress was a short stretchy material, i don’t care to find the same design or anything but it was definitely hippyish or an east asian inspired design.

now imagine a big rectangle of fabric, folded over in the middle. you cut a hole out for the head, and then you just sew from the armpits down down to the bottom, and leave all of the extra fabric there. it hugged my waist but it looked more flowy and boxy from the front instead of tight. i wore it a bit off the shoulder in the photo but it was just stretchy enough to, the neckline was high.

i have tried various keywords and descriptions and i have looked on so many sites, i can’t find anything like it! and i would like to!
