A coworker of mine wore this tshirt to work and I wanted to get the design tattooed. He says he bought it at an Ecchi-con here in Texas in the last handful of years but that's all we got. Reverse image searching hasn't turned up anything but I'm also not the best at doing it. Any help would be appreciated I would like to ask the artist if they would be okay with me tattooing it and paying for their work.
