I have very little experience with jewelry and rings especially so looking for the engagement ring for my partner was really hard, but I finally found the ring I know he'll love. However, after reading the reviews for the brand Miansai I'm having doubts.

I found this ring (https://www.miansai.com/en-hr/ products/4mm-sapphire-band-gold-vermeil-wbaguette?variant=41216534544499) which looks great, is just his style, and is exactly my budget (300 EUR), but it's gold vermeil, and some reviews say the gold is gone within two months which is of course a problem (I expect for it to wear off with time which is fine but two months is crazy). But maybe this ring is fine and won't wear off, I don't know?

Does anyone have any experience with this brand, and/or can you recommend another brand with these types of Rings? Anything similar I found was real gold and much more expensive. The width I'm looking for is 4mm, and ideally the stone would be zircone/blue topaz/tanzanite/sapphire.
