I have been wanting to work on being more stylish and actually developing a style, but I don't know where to buy clothes!!

I like clothes that are colorful and kind of funky. Anyone who dresses like this PLEAASSSEEE tell me where you shop!! Also if you have any general fashion advice that would also be very much appreciated :)
