i found this prom dress that i love, but every site that apparently has this exact dress is either a scam or untrustworthy with refunds. i'm not sure if there's any prom dress like this one from a site that's legit and one i can afford. a big factor is the cost, i can't spend more than 200. i'm in the hudson valley area of new york, so if there's any boutiques nearby i could go to in-person that may hold something like this would be great. i just really love the mermaid color/pattern of it is all.
