I could buy a made-to-order custom version of this from Etsy, but I'm not sure I can afford it. If I can't, I'd like to put together a look that's close enough, sans belt.

Is there a place online I could find the flowy cape/sleeves for a decent price? I guess I could get a cheap or thrifted white dress and pair that with a bridal cape or something. I'm not sure where to start looking but I'm avoiding fast fashion like shein and temu, and I'm trying to avoid scam sites like JJs House.
