Im looking to expand my wardrobe and have been scouring the internet trying to find what the scarf (?) or ribbon on her neck is called. Skinny scarf results in scarfs with the little thingy at the end which isnt what i want ribbon scarves look like the things from scooby doo. Please help :,)
