I found this skirt at Ross a good 6-7 years ago.

This is me and the last time (October 2023) I wore this skirt because the whole night it felt like it was going to dislocate my hips. After this night I donated the skirt.

Pencil skirts are still very flattering on me (imo) All the one I find are too long, and go past the knee though, and they really only look best at this length.

I want to be able to recreate this outfit because I still have the top and it fits fine. This skirt is pulled up to be a bit high rise. Its not quite at my waist line, but it is right over my belly button. I think the whole thing is a thick cottony spandex.
