Hey! I’ve been looking for this for a while and can’t find it anywhere I tried google image search and have come up with nothing. I’m not even sure whether the piece of clothing is a dress or just a top.

This post is from Elizabeth Campbell Jones an Instagram influencer. Any help would be much appreciated. I’ve looked on all the usual places (Poshmark, ebay, depop, Etsy, etc.) and have tried descriptive google searches but haven’t been able to find it on my own.
