When in Italy in 2023, our tour guide wore this necklace and I’ve loved and hunted for it since. I believe she mentioned it was gifted to her from a boutique, maybe somewhere in the Med? But clearly nothing is popping up for me when searching. I realize this is a horrible photo but it is the only one I have.

Some details: gold, chain like, interlocking long letters - each letter was flat and probably about an inch or two long, spelled out her full name. Choker style. Laid flat.

I’ve tried reverse searching a million times and there’s nothing I can find that has the letters placed like this to make the chain.
