This is my third try submitting this to a sub, and I hope this one is accepting.

I cannot for the LIFE of me figure out what kind of tie this is. I want to do a halloween costume based on this outfit, but when I search "sailor tie", they are too short. And since it's a "double" tie, a regular necktie won't do. Also, googling "Double-tailed tie" gets me fancy tying techniques for regular ties.

So what is it???? Please help ????
