Hi! I'm looking for a dress to wear to my convocation ceremony that I've been dreaming about in my head, but can't find in real life. Let me know if you have any suggestions!

The most important thing is that it be cornflower blue. This is really all I care about, but in a world of powder blues I'm losing hope. I'm picturing something midi length, though it could be shorter. I like a silky material, but could also go for linen or cotton. And a cowlneck or halter neck with a nice v would be great.
