Hi everyone! I'm a guy so i don't know women's fashion stores all that well but I'm looking to buy some high waisted, baggy 90s style jeans. Ripped jeans are a bonus, and the most important factor is that they fit well-- I have a small waist and wide hips/atheltic lower-half so I can fit into women's fine (not to mention it's basically impossible to find men's high waisted pants anywhere anyway).

I won't be wearing them all the time, so the price is a more important factor for me than having something that's ultra-high quality. Thanks :)
